Cosmo-Local Credit
The Cosmo-Local Credit product family includes a progressive web app and an open protocol for creating and exchanging redeemable commitments—such as vouchers, service credits and delivery claims—through independently governed Commitment Pools.
Redeemable commitments
Issuers publish what each voucher represents and how, where and when a holder can present it for fulfillment.
Curated Pools
Pool Stewards publish admitted assets, exchange-rate methods, fees, limits, controls and any expressly scoped guarantee.
Accountable exchange
Participants inspect voucher terms, Pool rules and transaction details before exchanging assets on a public blockchain.

Stewards
A Pool Steward is a trusted, accountable coordinator who manages and maintains a Pool.
Pool Stewards curate which vouchers and issuers are admitted, set reasonable limits, help participants onboard and present vouchers for fulfillment, reward supporters, and connect with other Pools sharing common assets. In return for their services, Stewards may set and collect disclosed participation or transaction fees.
